Re: Aurora from Wellington NZ
Wow, surprised you get that effect so far north and in summer too.
That's pretty special. I think the lighthouse adds a little something too.Canon EOS7D mkII+BG-E16, Canon EOS 7D+BG-E7, Canon EF-S 10-22 f/3.5-4.5, Tamron Di-II 17-50 f2.8, Canon EF 24-105 f/4L IS, Canon EF 70-200 f/4L, Sigma 30mm f1.4 DC HSM 'Art', Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, Sigma 1.4x DG, Canon Speedlight 430EX II (x2)

Re: Aurora from Wellington NZ
Thanks everyone,
You could see a light haze by eye, but I have had to adjust the highlights, shadow and clarity in the picture. No colour adjustments though or selective touch ups.
This is another one I took a few weeks back from Wellington. You can see slight aurora beams to the right.
Thanks James. I will check the competition out. But I think the picture needs a bit of noise editing first.Attached Files
