Very nice tonal range across the spectrum, I would of preferred a bit more isolation on the subject.

Its a bit flat for B&W and I think the composition could be improved, both from the point of view of not including half people on the edges of the frame and cropping or zooming in on the subject of your title so that she really looks to be the subject
