    Remnants of Bethlehem Steel

Started snowing here again, so the wife and I headed down to the christkindlmarkt market on the grounds of the old steel mill. Since it was snowing I thought that these building remnants of the old steel mill with the snow falling would look good in BW.

of the set my wife thought is one was the best:

and I thought that this one was the best of the set

    Both taken with the EOS-M w/EF-M 22mm f/2, Aperture Priority @ f/3.5

I prefer the second shot Tom as it shows part of the steelworks framed in the arch.

2nd is my favourite, Tom, although I think you may have overdone the vignetting as the corners are burned out, but I do like the creamy processing.
The company I work for used to buy so much steel from this mill - its so sad to see it in ruins.
                      Thanks for sharing, Andy

I like the first one with the tree/ivy climbing up the wall. But think the second one has it with the steel works in the background and the arches.

I'm torn, Tom, between the detail of the ivy/creeper in the first and the greater context of the steelworks in the second. I like them both but if pushed, my apologies to Mrs Tom, but I'll go for #2 too.
