I have to ask though, why did you choose ISO400 and a fast shutter speed?

Hi,camera hand held, had to ensure I had enough shutter speed as the light and clouds were changing at a rate of knots, did not want to capture any movement.

Agree with Mike. Try cropping the top half away, as there's not much detail there, should give a stronger image imho
