    Three Gulls and a Lighthouse

Took a trip to the mouth of the River Tees today. It was blowing a bit and very cold. As you will see there was quite a swell going on and the wind was extremely cold.

    WDYT of this one

I think it looks bl**dy windy and cold, apart from that great shot of the two posted I prefer the crop on the small thumbnail version, IMHO you don't need the stones in the foreground

Sorry Muscat I was having problems uploading I wanted more than the thumbnail which; I thought I had deleted! and then when I did manage to upload I had posted the wrong version. I've just tried again and seem only able to upload a thumbnail!
Ah but.... when you click on the thumbnail it enlarges, well I've learnt something today

Great action Shot Peter, I perhaps agree with Ian about the rocks in the Foreground, but still a shot I would be very proud of!!

I was getting a bit bored Alun with all the water splashing over the lighthouse so thought a gull or two would break the boredom

Thank you all for your individual comments, I've got my "Numpty" hat on and don't seem to be able to multiquote your resoponses over the two pages, I did manage three though. I must try harder as my headmaster your write on my report or should that be retort

Here is one more just to whet the appetite so to speak. This time I'm going to try uploading via Photo whastit dont hold your breath though.

I'm glad you didn't hold your breath as uploading from Photobucket I got a message saying it was too large! So this is a copy and paste from there anyway.
WDYT of this version, hopefully I got the verticals right for Robin (HHCanon)
