I like the shot a lot, it is full of texture and form, on a down side I am not so keen on the heavy frame,

Great shot Andy. Again, I love the processing you've done. I don't mind the frame so much, but I think it would benefit from your signiture or such thing just to give it a bit more purpose.

      Great work,

Thanks guys, I'm never sure about adding frames. I have a plain version too on Flickr, will add that too when I get home.

Very nice. I especially like the PP. Great comp.

Thanks all. I have to admit that the IS on the 24-105 helped a LOT, I was fairly sure at the time that I'd fluffed the shot.

                Here's the border-less version.

                  Re: Dalby Church

Nice shot, really like the processing. kind of a subtle HDR. I usually go for white frames, but seeing it posted frameless, I feel the dark frame adds further weight to the composition, and directs the eye into the shot. Its the one for me.

Great sky and I like the processing. I am also not a lover of borders, but I think yours works well. It concentrates the eye on the shot and doesn't compete with it.

Quite like the version with the border.

Thinking back to my days of mounting prints on board it was normal to have slightly larger border at the bottom. Not sure why this worked but for some reason looked better.

                              I prefer the borders Andy.
I don't normally like HDR but this seems to really enhance the shot, did you use the trial or full download of Machinery Effects?
