    The gamekeeper's driveway

I see this scene 5 days a week and I've been meaning to take a photo for some time. This is the driveway to the home of the recently retired gamekeeper, of the Castle Howard Estate near York.

10 minutes after taking this shot and a little further away, I managed to get my car stuck in mud while scoping out another possible shot. I ended up having to shove stones and stick under my front wheels to get some traction and effect my escape. Oh the joys of photography!

    Lovely shot Andy

Though its the track that draws you in, its those shades of greens that keep me there.

Worth the effort, Andy Well spotted, and I particularly like the dots of red/pink on the right hand side just to alleviate the green.

Very restful with the shades of green.
