Do you have a shot with the top of the tree showing in #3? if so I think that would make it even better.

Unfortunately not, Muscat, but I agree with for your suggestion.

Personally I prefer the warmth in the first image and if you look through the mist you can see more mountains in the distance, which is what makes it for me, but thanks to all of you for commenting - it is very much appreciated.

Thanks to those who've looked and for the positive comments! It's a rugged and rough country / culture but both are beautiful in their own right too.
I've just got back from another trip there and this time I was able to go even deeper into the remote jungle and even higher (2800m) to places rarely seen by others - unusually the sun shone supreme so I'll post some more in this series shortly.
