Misty sunrise on the River Itchen

    Hi All

Yet another very early start to the day - images taken around 5.30am on the River Itchen close to home.

Used 0.9 ND grad filter to reduce the exposure in the sky - 5DMKII + 24-70MKII used for all the images.

The light changed very rapidly as the sun rose above the mist and the mist dissipated.

    Regards John

Second for me too, great shot. Personally I think the first one would be better as a pano crop losing a little off the top and more off the bottom. Or same aspect but losing the left bush and 1/3 off the top 2/3 off the bottom.

Very nice set John, but the way you caught the suns reflection in the 3rd image wins it for me.

Thanks Tom - I waited for the sun to rise a little higher so it would reflect in the river - Regards John
