After a bit of a wait I finally got my hands on a couple of magazines that I have photos published in this month. Makes all the early mornings & effort worth while :)

agree well done, you must be very pleased

But, I do think when a magazine like this uses your work and does such a big editorial that a payment should be made, they sell advertising space, monthly fees and I think its wrong to do a large copy of your images and not offer payment .... Sorry I don't want to put a downer on it, and I'm not trying to, you should be proud that a magizine feels your photos deserve being printed ..

Very well done Tom and something, personally, I like to see. One must move beyond the forum so that you are a credit to all the members who may have advised you,commented and shown the way forward. The forum should not be the "end" result. I hope Robert will give due credit in the EOS magazine for another success story!

I think the problem is the magazines rely on the fact that people would rather see their work in a magazine unpaid than not at all. Bit of a catch 22 situation really.

Sadly Tom I agree with you - but its still not on especially if you read some of the ranting threads on there forum about people providing free photos - seems a little like double standards to me over there ..

But, its an achievement you should be very proud off - well done
