    That's colourful Stan, is it legal? as a nation we are accepting litter just left as your image shows, a real shame.

          is it legal?
          very much so - it became an official area for graffiti during a street art festival in 2008 and is still a favourite haunt for street artists and the graffiti is constantly changing as we saw from our previous visit last year and this time we actually witnessed two artists adding their own graffiti. It is not the sort of place to visit after dark however and that is probably the time when the litter appears although there are a number of commercial rubbish bins around, they also covered in graffiti

            Well taken Stan and the HDR has worked well too although graffiti is one of my pet hates.

              Nice. There's a place in Melbourne in the middle of the city that you can paint. Some superb bits of work and it can be quite surprising the range of people using the place.
