quite like that but images look better when you download from flickr rather than direct from your computer which tends to degrade shots -

Yes, that is an exceptionally nice image and a good example of why direct uploads rarely work
I seem to recall Cokin used to offer a filter to achieve just that effect but you can't beat the real thing - assuming no Cokin filters have been used in creating this work
