Up and down at the Hermitage.

Two images from my visit to this colourful location.

#1 Looking upstream from the waterfall Bridge.

#2 Looking down toward the waterfall bridge, with Ossian's Hall at the top left which is where number one Son was married on the 18th. The image I posted previously (LINK) was taken from the balcony of Ossian's hall.

Interesting, but these two images look much better on flickr than here. Here they tend to be a bit washed out where on flickr they are more vibrant IMO

Love them both, but first is my favourite of the whole set.

Thanks Tom for taking time to look and comment. I’m not sure why you are seeing a washed out version on here they both look ok to me.

Thanks David I’m pleased you like the first as you know this spot so I must have created a good likeness.

I like them both but particularly how everything seems to frame the milky water in the first shot

Two excellent images and I particularly like the colours, sharpness of the rocks and movement of the water in the first. Band width restrictions on the forum will always make the images on Flickr look better - nothing different with these. The 2nd in particular comes alive on Flickr. Well done Peter.

Thanks Stan, Ian and Paul for taking time to look and comment. Both have been sent off for printing large. The first for hanging here. The second as a present for my new Daughter in Law as a wedding memory keepsake/Birthday gift.
