    New Toy

    Just had my old EOS 20D converted to take Infrared pictures. This is a picture of a Rape Seed field. Wierd!

    Indeed... a strange effect.

    Back in film days I would sometimes play with Kodak IR Film.

      Many years ago I used to buy Infra Red film for my old 35mm SLR and had great fun using it, you get some brilliant effects with different subject.

        Looks like the field has suffered a hard frost. Do like the effect.

          You had to change film in total darkness if I recall. Also focusing had to be offset a little ... which is why some lenses still have an IR mark on the focus scale.

          Ah those were the days ... Kodak Recording Film, Kodak IR and the wonderful Kodachrome. Sorry I'm still living in the 50's and 60's.
