How do I make this photo better? If possible?

In the middle of the photo you see the Sagrada Familia as one white light. What can I do to give the Sagrada Familia a more natural colour with PSE or Lightroom? And what do you think of the photo? I did not use a tripod, I have put my camera on a little stonen fence.

This is what the Burn tool is intended for. Set it at about 5-8% and for highlights and gently paint over it, it may need 2 or 3 paint strokes to get the look that you want. It is what I did to your photo. If you don't like what I did tell me and I'll remove it.

Not sure about PSE as I use Photoshop. The easy way to do this in LR is with the adjustment brush use this and set everything to 0 except for the exposure and set that for about -3 paint over the area that you want to darken and it will be too dark DON'T WORRY make sure you have all the area that you want to darken selected and then just adjust the exposure back towards 0 until you get the effect that you want.

I have PSE 9 & the dodge tool is a white hand at the bottom of the tools on the left hand side, if you can't see it try clicking on the corner tab to reveal it - there is also the burn & sponge tool.
