That would be the Bass Rock, just off North Berwick, East Lothian...
You can see it more clearly in my previous post "Sunrise over North Berwick Law", taken the previous morning from the same location.

Yes Ray, I was toying with rule of thirds, but loving this 2.39:1 crop I'm using in Lightroom, and it didn't suit so I stuck with 50-50.....
