    Todmorden 'Tops & Cloughs'

Visited Todmorden for a 'Tops & Cloughs' wander. I wasn't leading this 12 miler which was all ups and downs (5600' in total) which made it quite hard going ... then there was the fresh snow above 800' and lots of seriously gloopy mud below 800'. A nice walk which took us near Pole Hill, site of a strange looking aeronautical beacon ... well that's because it is a DVOR (VOR/DME).

Nice set MX as always, I like the Stone Statue best.

I bet it was a bit chilly round the Trig Point!!!

Thanks everyone. It wasn't as cold as it looks ... two of the ladies had short sleeved t-shirts (having stowed their fleeces and jackets) ... well until the wind picked up!

How old is the guy in #5? Is that his hair or a representantive hat? ( I need to walk more, whenit warms up)
