Cliveden, NT: Where brown is the new green!

Cliveden is set above the Thames and is famous for the house parties that were thrown by the Astors. Although the house is a luxury hotel, impressive cars in the car park at times, the grounds are still worth a walk around. We were visiting for the first time since the terrace works were completed, so impressive refurbishment and gilding work on the gates. As everywhere the weather has taken its toll on the landscape!

A very nice set Andrew...I will add this to my visit list.

Great set Andrew I particularly like the third image (clivden5) with the lawn stripes following the contours of the border

That is what caught my eye, guess it is the only way to go with a border like that!
