    Locust

This pretty fellow flew through a tiny gap in our 64th floor window. Having posed for a bit on our glass dining room table, he was forgiven

                      Re: Locust

Great stuff Andy, how strange it can be. I was out the other day (UK) and bought pack of live locust (£1.99) for photographing. They normally sell these for feeding your pet reptiles with. Its also interesting you say it flew in as the man in the shop said these do not fly, I thought they did. Well they did in all the bible stories I saw as a kid.

The first shot with the oriental writing is actually just a closer crop of the second, which appears to be the more popular of the two.
Jeremy, all I can tell you is that this one flew big time, as they supposedly did in the bible! Are you sure your's were still alive, given that they cost only 1.99??
                              Thanks again
