BWC Otters - Sunday 29 Dec

    Hi all

I went to the BWC, the day after Stan and Dee! (Sounds like a limerick!)

    Here's my better Otter shots!

Superb day, lovely light all day, but a little harsh in places, so some tweaks required in PP.

    C&C welcome.

Would be much better if you had the shadow of your head in shot. He, he.

Very nice set Mike, but that 3rd shot is the tops of the 3.

          Thanks Tom and Stan

Sorry Stan, don't agree - I kept the 2nd Otter in shot as he was there! I don't find him distracting, but it would have been nice to get ALL of him in!
I had a shot of BOTH Otters diving in together, but as I cut the tail off one, I binned it!

The re-work, whilst 'fixing' the dark area makes him a bit washed out, I think, but thanks for doing it. These were quick DPP jobs, but I'll probably put it through LR5 which will hopefully improve things!

          Cheers. Mike

no problem - I have removed it

            Stan

had to delete the whole post as i could not just delete an attachment but here is most of the original text

Mike has the whole body - sorry mike - I like the leaping otter, any chance of cloning the other one out ?

The middle shot is a good composition but a bit cold and lacking detail in the shadows

Oh, you needn't of Stan, it was no problem that you re-worked it. My original was just a quick DPP job. Oh well, thanks anyway - appreciate your efforts!
