    Sorry but the lighting and color along with the direct upload that softens the image isn't working for me on this image

          the lighting is 'as is'. i can change it but i'm worried it might look too artificial - plus i dont know what the proper 'colour' of the snake should be.

            try adjusting the WB - that will give you a better colour

              sorry by 'as is' i meant that was the actual colour of light the snake was illuminated by. i dont know how green the green snake should be.
