Awesome shot. I have been trying to photograph a Kingfisher for ages but never with any success, even using a bird hide and a camoflage cover over my white lenses. So mega impressed and one in the unclassified section of Squabbling Kingfishers which is even more amazing (cannot seen to be able to reply in that section ???). Many congratualtions.

All tips welcome as to getting these shots as we do have small Kingfishers here in the nature reserves as have seen them and a friend has photographed them but never managed to capture one properly only a couple of blurred shots due entirely to my error.
