Hirundines are noted for their rapid, erratic, multidimensional flight pattern as they hunt flying insects. I've managed BIFs of House and Sand Martin before but Swallows are even faster and I've not cracked it before, however I got lucky a couple of days ago. The first was taken at dusk so is at ISO 3200 but not too bad, and the last is just a tad oof but still a keeper. All large crops with Canon 7D plus EF 400mm f5.6L
