got this on monday on the beach at abergele north wales ,its been around for a couple of weeks now .but very flighty ,my first ever sighting of one so well pleased

and a P.S me and the lad were so engrossed in hunting for this we failed to spot that a minke whale had gotten stranded on the beach ,luckily re-floated by the rspca on the high tide

A nice record shot its always nice to get a shot of a bird you haven't seen before

Well spotted, I have only seen these once brfore and that was in Tenerife.
