              Bill, you have got one of my favourite birds. Well done. Nice images both of them. The one in flight is good considering that they are always on the move. Nicely captured with the colours showing up well.

                  Nice images of a bird that use to be very common but in recent years the numbers seem to have reduced.

                    I agree with whats already been said.

                    I also remember the lapwing or peewit being plentiful when I was younger also the same for the Curlew and Snipe guess its due to the changing land management
