Just come across this shot of two puffins, both in the plane of focus and sharp but looking away from each other

A prime candidate for a recomposition with photoshop. So I made a rough selection around the left hand bird, including a fair amount of his environment, copied, pasted and moved him to the right of the other bird. Then using a combination of a layer mask and the clone tool, blended in the edges before cropping
