    Pelican

    The thing I like about these birds is that they are big enough for you to capture them without having to crop too, too heavily. That said, I did have my 70-200 and 2x extender on the camera. On balance I liked the catchlight in it's eye:

          Hi Richard; #1 for me... great detail, lovely light, and (just to please the judges!) a catchlight to boot...
