    Golden Mallard

    Some good spells of sunshine yesterday morning at Barnes WWT giving a nice reflection of the reeds in the water for this female mallard

            Thanks for keeping the seat warm
            this was taken on one of the ponds on the wildside not the hide as previously mentioned

            Since posting, I have processed a couple more, one quite similar, not sure which I prefer

              I prefer the second one mainly for the head angle and water drop.

                Second one also for me Stan
                In addition to the points made by Brian the body is not in shadow and sharper because of the angle to the duck plus there is a better reflection
