quite rare up here stan ,seen the females before but never got the males in 6 years at this game ,plus i was in the area anyway so that was a bonus

All natural colours Alan ,probably the most photogenic duck there is ,also with today's weather most shots were either 1600 or 2500 ISO

Always a treat to see these guys on the water, so many colours on one bird - mother nature had a good day then, dare I say a really 'pretty' bird
