    cropped in for a test

stan asked me yesterday about the crop on the buzzard shots ,i have just had a play and cropped in this head and shoulders shot from its original 10.1 mp down to 0.7 mp .and although its not something i would use under normal circumstances it does still retain enough detail to use if it was a rarity

It has lost sharpness and clarity - I would think it would fare better either with my 7D II or your 70D with more pixels to play with

I don't think you could blame the lens for the softness Jeff, as Stan says, a few more pixels would have made a difference.
