Barn Owl Hovering

My wife, Collette and I were lucky enough to be at the Hawk Conservancy Trust when they were offering 1 hour photo sessions with a small selection of birds.

This Barn Owl started off on the stone but jumped up into a hover prior to diving down to retrieve food that was placed onto the grass.
