Red and Grey

I was wandering through a wooded area of Cheshire when I spotted this Robin with an insect in it's beak. It let me get quite close before it flew.


This 'Tree Rat' sorry Eastern Grey import was nearby ... but wouldn't let me get too close before showing off its gymnastic skills.


Sadly the local common buzzards were camera shy.

Thanks - yes the squirrel does look like its impaled on a twig ... guess I should have cloned it (the twig) out )and put it in another thread(.
