Sorry, but this image does not work very well in this section as you can barely see the birds. Over all, the focus point seems to be on the water, making the building look a bit soft. A larger DOF would bring the building into focus.

It took me a good while to spot the gulls in it so I'm afraid it's another thumbs down from me
