The 200 f2.8 would be very effective in the street on the 5d (is black and not too obvious) and on the 50d + 1.4 /f4 telephoto or even + 2.0 extender/f5.6
Should give good bokeh for the Barm Owl shots and the extra length over the 135 would give me a better shot - this is as it came out of the 50dwith the 135 @f2.8, 1/750, iso 100
