quite a few Snipe have arrived at one of my local pools , still waiting for a Jack Snipe though .

Agree Stan , I go to this location regularly but it is the first time I have seen out in the open , is my composition getting better ?

Good image, and as Stan says you don't often get them in the open.

Agree with the other comments, but it does look a little soft on my monitor. If your camera has a pop up flash I may have used it to put a catch light in the eye.

yep soft for me to ,you can actually go into flickr and using the little box to the right of the picture ,actually edit it in flickr i.e sharpen a touch more ,that might help though you may have to upload it again to here if altered
