    Yellowhammer

    This nice male was taken at RSPB Frampton Marsh, messy background I know and the single grass stem annoys me, but such a charming little bird I couldn't resist the shot! When I have time I'll do a bit of erasing/cloning.

    The redpoll is much better David, as you say messy background which probably wouldn't have been too bad but for all those bright highlights and overall it does look a bit dull

            Well done, rather elusive these days, used to see them regularly but seem to be getting rare.
