        Nice image of a bird that tends to always be one move. From glossy cap looks like your ident could well be correct.
        Have done some ringing and even handling both willow and Marsh tit it can be difficult to distinguish between them.

          Lovely image, had to look them up and with them on opposite pages in the book I can't tell which is which

                  Very well framed John certainly trying to identify Marsh/Willow is difficult,will need to check beak.

                    Been sometime since been involved and the beak 'white spot' was a much discussed topic. Seems to be generally accepted these days with call probably the most reliable ident clue.

                    Not a bird I've seen for a number of years. Recent snow has seen lots of siskin and quite a few goldcrest in our garden.
