    Very nice, although the perch is on the third and I think the might be a better composition but what I know about composition can be written on the back of a stamp

      Nice to get one in the open with no distractions but the composition could be better. A bird always needs more space in the direction he is looking and less from where he has come and there is too much canvas at the bottom so the suggestion would be crop 1/5 off the left and 1/4 off the bottom

                Thanks Nat, yes and sadly the locals still have the attitude to shoot them when they can.

                  Thats a shocker Burnie. They are difficult birds to see,watch and even to photograph but to also shoot them, is abominable to say the least.

                    saw you changed it on flickr ,but i still think it needs a 16 x 9 crop and possibly lifting the exposure just a tiny touch .even playing with the w.b may give it the oomph it lacks.
                    a quick play and a direct upload but you get my gist i hope

                            Needs something between the two edits I think , ones a touch dark , and the foxes looks a bit light , just an opinion .
