the obvious one is the red kite feeding station at Gigrin Farm or close by there is an RSPB reserve - https://www.rspb.org.uk/discoverande...c/carngafallt/

There is a good one on the road out towards Welshpool as well ,the name escapes me but it's on the right hand side As you drive out and up a valley track .never been there but seen it mentioned a few times
