    Verreaux Eagle Owl

    I fell in love with these birds in Kenya especially their pink eyelids which they keep flashing during the courtship display. The male on the left was drooping his wings and making a very loud drumming noise which alerted us to their presence. Shame it was a really grey early morning sky which made exposure a little tricky.

    A shame about the grey sky, but I still think you did a great job to keep focus on them
