    Nice shot Stan but correct spelling is Hamerkop

              They may be captive but this sort of behaviour is something you would probably rarely be able to capture in the wild

                If you catch them during the breeding season it is quite easy to see the courtship and mating ritual Stan , I have captured it a few times during my Kenya / Tanzania trips

                  If you catch them during the breeding season it is quite easy to see the courtship and mating ritual Stan , I have captured it a few times during my Kenya / Tanzania trips
                  I only had to travel 30 miles rather than 3000 to see it though
