Got to say Nat colours look a bit strange again. In second shot for instance the white of the gull is strange blue colour and foliage in background has very intense colours.

Is this same camera as bullfinch images? Could I suggest you shoot same scene with both of the cameras you have.

Thanks Ant. These were shot with the 760D with the 70-300mmL lens. My pics with the 6D have so far been fine. No problem. Anyway,I have taken some pics today with the same lens and I will see how the colours pan out.

P.s. I now realise that in PS I used the highlight tab to reduce/tone down the glare and that would probably account for the instense colour with the foliage (2nd image).

I,m starting to suspect that I really should have insisted on setting up your j.peg settings in camera the other day .obviously the filter had something to do with it (. Please tell me these are not taken with that filter on ) .but as you shoot solely in j.peg your in camera settings will effect your finished results .perhaps you need to pop back and do some test shots then put them on the Mac .
I am suspect as to when these were taken as you had a full memory card as well ?

Thanks Haydn,John and Jeff. No skylight filter. I am more or less sure that I am not getting my PSE 15 right. Never had this problem with my old PSE 8.
Went to that location today through the riding school. Will look at the pictures soon. Met Andy who sends his best wishes.

If you've still got original image might be worth posting before any PP.

Thanks Ant. I have actually formatted my memory card and hence do not have the original pics. However, I am more or less sure it my PP work which has caused the blue tints etc.

Fair enough Nat if you have grasp on what was causing the problem. Now the old chestnut, of course if you had been using RAW the original image would always be available.

Good captures Nat for BIF, I think catching them is a real skill, have to agree on the tint but doesn't change the fact you caught them

                          Regards Paul

Thanks Ant and Paul. Having made the stupid mistake with the presets on PSE 15 I will not be repeating them.
