      You were always going to be a bit marginal at 1/250sec @ f5, which is wide open on a 150- 600mm. In hindsight, it may have been better to up the ISO, increase the shutter speed and at least close the aperture by a stop. It is also worth getting into the habit of thinking "reflections" whenever you have birds and water together.

      However, I have had a quick play with the rest of the shot and hope you like the result.
