Found this single bird in the nest. Did think at first it was one that might not have left the nest but later I saw others going back to the nest and leaving so perhaps just like them

Near a bit of commotion behind me and just missed an adult passing prey to young I hadn't spotted. As it happened they were on the ground. One chick grabbed the vole and swallowed it whole, the other two didn't get a look in.

Quite breezy but chose a very thin branch looked a bit precarious at times
