    Crane Fly

I spent an hour this afternoon at a local field and found the place alive with crane flies. They are very difficult subjects as they tend to prefer the cover of the grass, so hard to get a decent angle and background and their legs are so long you have to stand right back to get them all in Anyway managed a few keepers, this one just needed a little background tidy

Spectacular first shot, Stan, but perhaps cropped a little too tight? And the others are rather good too.

                Cheers Andy

Its not cropped top or bottom - they have such long legs I had to keep standing further and further back
