    Wall Lizard - Caught in Act

    Wall lizard drinking water on floor.. Need some advice on effects to develop it. i tried my best. It was a single shot and when i move a little closer it rans away. The dots in the image are paint drops found on floor.

    Not sure exactly what you are looking for. The exposure looks about right and the composition not too bad but if you have any extra canvas, then the tail is rather near the corner so add a little to the right and bottom and then crop about 25% off the left as there is a bit too much dead space.

    For any posting / advice it is always useful to include the exif information

      Thanks for your reply stan, Here is the EXIF
      Exposure bias 0 Step, Exposure time 1/2sec, F-stop f/5.6, ISO 200, Flash ON, Focal length 55mm.

        Thats quite a slow shutter speed so quite lucky to get him quite sharp
