        This shot was taken at the International Centre for Birds of Prey in Newent, using the a Canon 600d with the EF 70-300 f/4-5.6 L IS lens

                thought it looked familiar. I always find this one difficult to shoot and you have done well and it looks good but a little more pp will bring out some more detail and a different crop to give the bird space to fly into would make it pop more - something like this

                  I must admit that I'm a bit shy of pp, as I have very limited experience of it. I've been touching up some photos of falcons at the centre, but tend not to tinker much with shots of the slower birds.

                    I find that with most shots even if you get the exposure right in camera they usually benefit from a certain amount of tweaking
