    Nice shot Gibsonk!

Where was it taken and do you have any other shots from that shoot?

They fly a White Backed Vulture at H.C.T. near Andover, and it looks very much like your one!

I've got a few good shots of it, but my favourite is this one.

Sorry, not trying to take over your post!

    All the best, Mike.

Thanks for the comments, it was taken at Banham Zoo, they are Hooded Vultures. All shot with a 50D and Tamron 17-50 2.8 Non VC.

Yours is a really good shot i have one similar. Some more below and one random Meerkat.

I like the images especially the Blad Eagle or is it a Bald Eagle, nice and sharp.

Thank You, The Tamron 17-50 2.8 (Non VC) is a surprising little lens.

            Hi Gibsonk

I agree with Mike, your first shot is a white backed vulture, the second of your second batch is a hooded and the third a bald eagle and the last a juvenile meekat eagle

I was at Banham recently,as zoos go I found it a pleasant place with knowledgeable staff, nice they are into captive breeding too.The day I went the light wasn't good for the flying display.
