    Winkworth Arboretum - 'Bowl'

    Hi

    I took this 7 shot pano at Winkworth yesterday of 'the bowl' as they call it!

    I have stitched it together using PSE9. Tripod, but using a ball head, so a bit wobbly, and therefore trimmed top and bottom quite a bit! Taken on my 550D using the 15-85!

      Nice Pano Mike! I was convinced the trees were bowing-inwards, but looking on Flickr and using a post-it note aligned with the trunks, they all seem vertical! It must be an optical illusion resulting from the bowl

        Thanks Wayne and Steve.

        @Wayne - the walkers weren't actually passing each other! That's just how the stitching put them together! lol
        @Steve - Winkworth is about at it's peak for colour, with the next few weeks seeing the end, I reckon! I might try and go back soon and see the difference!
