    No Loading.

    That moment when you know you have the wrong lens on. But I still couldn't resist. I think it's the posture/light that pulled my eye. Either way. I "had to" take the the shot.

            Because I still had my 18-55 on the camera. Ideally I would have liked my 70-300 is on the camera but it was still in it case inside a bag after I'd walked around the abbey in the pouring rain.

              Just a small difference on the crop. Had to go back to the raw file as I converted straight to b&w at first and didn't save "stages" of processing.

                      I think the lens used has produced a really well composed image, image, Think I prefer the B/W image. I also might have thought about removing the shadow on the pavement of someone approaching. but a really well spotted & executed shot.

                        Never even noticed the shadow of the other person. I shall have a look and see what I can do about that.

                              I think the colour in the background houses,drag the eye/attention away from the character ... heck !,what do I know.
